I love learning and building. Seeing how something works, and why, is a rush. It can be hard, and the understanding is worth the effort. Systems that were designed well and run well give me peace, and I love that technology can make our lives easier and better. That is why I write software. It is my most cherished hobby. I feel pulled to build, and I can't help it.

For work, I design and tune high-scale data and event systems on Google Cloud, and I own them in production. On my own, I build whole systems in Rust, Swift and TypeScript. This site goes deeper on the projects a resume cannot hold.
